How do I exchange my product for a different colour or size?

As described in the terms, within 14 days of receiving your product, you may exchange it for another size or colour.  However, it is essential that you handle the product and packaging with care.  You may remove or use the product only to the extent as is necessary in order to assess whether you wish to keep the product.  It is recommended that you order and reserve the new product that you wish to replace it with and to check that the new product is in stock and what the delivery date will be.  Please send an email to or call +31(0)342-478483. The shipment of the new product is FREE.  You only pay the return shipping costs of the product you wish to return.


How do I cancel my order?

As described in the terms, you may cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt of the product. However, it is essential that you handle the product and packaging with care. You may remove or use the product only to the extent as is necessary in order to assess whether you wish to keep the product. Your account will be refunded the purchase price of the product minus the shipping costs, within days of our warehouse receiving your returned product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


How do I return my order?

In order for us to prepare an efficient and prompt adjustment of your order, before returning a product, please send us an email at   Please explain the reason for the return and how you wish to change your order.  For example:  cancel my order and refund my money, or exchange my order for another size or colour.   Please also include the original order confirmation that you would have received by email when you placed your order.  You only pay the return shipping costs. Please return the product in the original packaging. Do not forget to remove the original shipping address.

Please note that the rubber boots are handmade from natural products. Therefore, they may have small imperfections in the material or in the assembly. This is typical of this product. All boots are inspected prior to shipping.




How do I track my shipment (track & trace)

You will receive the track and trace code. You can get your track code form the order confirmation which received by mail. Click here to "Track order status"



You will be redirected to the order status. In the comments you will find the track en trace code.


With this track code / Bar code you can track your order on the POSTnl website. Click on this link to start the track and trace website of POSTnl. Fill in your  track code / bar code

You have checked the choice to pay with Visa, Master Card or American Express. You will be automatically redirected to the secure PayPal site.
Your credit card payment is settled on the secure PayPal site. You do not log in to PayPal.

You click on "Don't have a PayPal account? in the red pointed section.

Now you can enter your credit card information and click on "continue".
In the next step you can approve the amount you pay.
